Brittany, General Manager and Chef, has extensive knowledge of cuisine, as she has worked in the food service industry for the past 10 years. Whether it be grilling, sauteing, safe food handling and equipment safety, or, most recently, managing her own kitchen and staff, she has worked from the ground up to build an extensive repertoire of food service knowledge.
